Where We Ship We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, your Pounce order can reach you.

Free Shipping Shipping is free on every order — no minimum required.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 24–72 hours after they're placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times After processing, estimated delivery is 6–15 business days depending on your destination. These are estimates, not guarantees, and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs in your country.

Order Tracking Every order ships with tracking. As soon as your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs & Import Duties For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and can't predict their amount.

Delayed or Lost Packages If your tracking hasn't updated in over 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email us at contact@pounceball.com and we'll help track it down or make it right.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, so let us know immediately if you spot a mistake — if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
