At Pounce, we want you and your pet to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return Email us at contact@pounceball.com with your order number and a short note about the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return instructions and address. Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval can't be processed.
Return Shipping We've got you covered. Once your return is approved, we'll provide a prepaid return label so you won't pay return shipping out of pocket.
Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@pounceball.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to return the original.
Non-Returnable Situations We can't accept returns on items that have been used beyond normal inspection, are missing parts, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
